Tuning In - The Companion Track to the Book
Welcome — and thank you for being here.

If you’ve reached this page, you’ve journeyed through Tuning In, and I’m grateful you felt drawn to hear the music that grew alongside the writing.

The companion track “Tuning In” emerged from the same stillness and creative space that shaped the book — a musical reflection of the themes you’ve just travelled through.

You can listen to it by clicking the link below, along with some of my other musical work if you feel drawn to explore further. Thank you for listening, and for allowing the music to meet you in its own time.

If You’re New to Tuning In
Tuning In is a contemplative book about the piano and what it teaches us about living.
Moving between personal reflection, memory, and listening, the book explores how music becomes a way of understanding time, attention, discipline, and silence. The piano is not treated as an instrument to be mastered, but as a companion — a place where life’s rhythms, uncertainties, and moments of clarity can be heard more clearly.
Rather than offering instruction or theory, Tuning In invites the reader to slow down and notice: how sound emerges, how meaning forms, and how presence is learned through repetition and care.
The book stands alongside the music as a quiet counterpart — written for those who listen closely.
